Milk Chocolate and Apple muffins
60g cooking milk chocolate
125g butter, melted
3/4 cup brown sugar
11/2tsp baking powder
1/2cup chopped pecans (optional)
Lightly oil or uses patty pans in your muffin tray and preheat oven to 190C.
melt chocolate and butter, then allow to cool. Add next 4 ingredients and mix well. Add remaining ingredients and mix till just blended. Two-thirds fill the muffin tin and bake for 10-20 mins.
