Chicken sausages with beans



2 medium red Peppers
1 Tablespoon vegetable oil
800g Chicken sausages
2 medium Onions, sliced
3 cloves Garlic, crushed
4 Bacon Rashers, chopped
555g can Baked Beans in Tomato sauce
425g can chopped Tomatoes
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 Tablespoons chopped fresh Parsley

Quarter Peppers, remove seeds and membranes. Grill peppers, skin side up, until skin blisters and blackens. Peel away skin, finely slice peppers. Heat oil in large pan, add sausages, cook until browned.. Remove from pan, cut sausages into thirds. Add onions to same pan with garlic and bacon, cook, stirring, until onions are soft.Add beans, undrained tomatoes,sauce, peppers and sausages, simmer, covered, 20 mins. before serving add the chopped parsley.
